I have a couple of things up my sleeve, bookwise…
To start with, I have finished a draft of book three, You Don’t Know Jack. It has been out to a couple of my beta readers and I have done the first few rounds of corrections. I’ll be going through and editing again in the next couple of weeks. Look for it to hit Amazon in mid-February.
After I get that launched, I have book four mostly written, but it needs work, too. It is in the rough draft stage.
But before I get too much further with that one, I have a couple of other things I would like to do…
To start with, I have over a thousand real estate blog posts. I plan on compiling a book from those. It will also go to Kindle, and might also make it to print. I will be going through the posts, compiling them and updating them for the current market.
Among the things I want to tackle is some honest talk about iBuyers and other new “disruptors” in the real estate market.
Further out still on the horizon is a book on taking better pictures. One of the things I do is volunteer with Scouts, BSA. I am adding “Merit Badge Counselor” to my Scouting roles and while putting together classes for that, I will likely build out the framework for a book on that.
But, like I said, that one is well out on the horizon. I have to be ready to teach the class at the end of the month, but the book will be a while after that.
On the other side of the horizon there are a couple more books (I think they might be books… right now they are little more than idea sketches) in the fiction arena. There is another one related to the Broken Path series, specifically with Gunny Grafton, and then another that is not related. We’ll see what comes of those. Stay tuned.
