The fifth book in the Dixon-Prince saga is all about the Graftons – Gunny, Melody and a new character, Mali. This particular novella, Hostage Situation, is all about Gunny. Some of out other favorites make appearances, but the story revolves around Gunny taking on a substitute teaching assignment in a school that has a bad reputation. In this clip, Gunny and Melody attend a family cook-out with one of the student’s families and Gunny finds a comrade.
