Chestik flipped closed the covers on his scope and slipped the precision rifle back into its carrying case. He pushed himself backwards from his hiding spot and then picked up his M4 rifle. As the sky darkened further, Warren Chestik disappeared into the rugged Andes mountains.
Over the next few weeks I will be posting excerpts from my current works in progress on Mondays and Wednesdays, and on Fridays I will write a little about what got me writing each of the projects. Of course, all of these are unpublished so far, and subject to change before publication… and some might never see the light of day beyond the blog. I would love to get your feedback, though. As always, you can find my completed novels on Amazon... for print, Kindle and Kindle Unlimited.
