If you weren’t there, Chris Brogan, co-author of Trust Agents recently spoke at the New Media Atlanta conference.  It was excellent.

He ran through several genres of topics, and even addressed the “Back Noise” channel… by putting it on the screen for all to see.  (Be aware, there is a bit of profanity, and while Chris didn’t “drop the F-bomb”, PLENTY of people on Back Noise dropped it all over the place)

RSS…  Really Simple Syndication.  Rich Site Summary.

Most of us know what it is… but few are really leveraging it to help create business or simplify our lives…

For those that don’t know, RSS is a news feed.  Basically, by subscribing to a website’s RSS feed, each time the site is updated, we will get the new material either emailed to us or in a “Feed Reader”.

Well bunky, you need content… GREAT, compelling, addictive content.  And you need to present it in a great, compelling and addictive way.  Venture out from the wall of words and throw so fun at the wall and see if it sticks.

I really want to take a moment to thank Corey and Marcia at Garner Creek at Parkview for hosting our Blogging, Active Rain and Social Networking Workshop.  We had to change the location at the last minute to accommodate the extra people that expressed interest, but everything went off pretty well.

For buyers, getting to know a home is part of the process. Seeing it, feeling it, walking around the taking it in… That is great if you are around the corner, or even across town… but what if you are unable to take that time to tour scores of properties before pulling the trigger?
